1. Be part of an efficient team to respond and resolve critical support calls in the fastest time possible;
2. Practice analytical thinking & methodological problem solving; and
3. Develop your skillset to become a specialist of ATM hardware & software solutions;

• Work independently to service electromechanical banking ATM equipment within the established time frame
• Perform banking ATM installation/uninstallation, maintenance, and respond to service calls promptly
• Accurately diagnose hardware & software problems, Effectively resolve problems
• Perform preventive maintenance repair by diagnosing existing or potential issues; Clean, Calibrate and Adjust as conditions indicate
• Communicate with backoffice support operations team to resolve on-site issues, Follow instructions to execute the assigned tasks well
• Document service and installation actions by completing Job reports

• Possess Diploma/Degree/Certification in Mechanical or related engineering/technical fields
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Willing to attend intensive in-house training of our ATMs, Be a fast & proactive learner
• Willing to work flexible shifts, Highly adaptable to work under pressure if needed
• Possess strong written, verbal and non-verbal (good attitude, a willing team player) communication skills
• A HK resident
• Able to converse, read & write in English & Chinese

• 提供預防性維護服務, 檢查現有或潛在問題; 根據實際情況進行, 清理、校準和調整
• 與管理團隊溝通解決即場問題，並按照指示完成好指定工作
• 通過工作報告記錄服務執行細節

• 擁有機械或相關技術領域的文憑/學位/認證
